Thank you for the feedback @Joltsy10 . I apologise for using the wrong template and including unrelated logging commits. I am still getting used to the project's workflow. I will close this PR now and join the discussion on #516 and Slack as suggested. I'll focus on technical issues moving forward to avoid overlap with ongoing documentation work in #407. Thanks! |

Closes #516. This PR splits the dense root AGENTS.md into a dedicated human-facing CONTRIBUTING.md and a reduced, machine-readable AGENTS.md for AI agents. This ensures better coordination with the upcoming documentation guide in #407 while maintaining a clear technical baseline for automated tools.
